Currently we are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team in Dallas, Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling tools. Develop baseline schedules and monitor project progress against established timelines. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility. Track project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables. Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Generate and distribute regular progress reports, including earned value management (EVM) metrics and variance analyses. Integrate subcontractor schedules and dependencies into the master project schedule. Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively with all project stakeholders. Support project meetings by providing scheduling insights and recommendations.Authority:

Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in large-scale projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and terminology. Familiarity with systems, such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) elements. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
