Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver will be responsible for restocking, maintaining, and servicing vending machines on an assigned route. This role requires excellent time management skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Salary :

• $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience level.
• Commission pay

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive a company vehicle to various locations on an assigned route.
• Restock vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other products.
• Ensure machines are clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order.
• Collect and account for cash and/or electronic payments from vending machines
• Track inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with the route supervisor and other team members.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
