Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level2/3 Help Desk Professional to join our client's team onsite in Houston. This mid to senior-level position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT Support with an MS environment supporting Technical / Server, DELL products, MFA Intune, MS Cloud and mobile device. Ticketing is done in Jira and documentation is a critical aspect to the position. Candidates MUST have an understanding of ITIL standards that leads to thorough documentation from each call. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting complex network systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must currently reside in area - fast timeline does NOT allow for relocation Minimum of 4 years IT Support employment with 2 years+ of experience in a Level 2 role High School Diploma or greater education level Must have exp with documentation through ticketing systems AND this must be on resume. Must have understanding of ITIL Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of organization. 3rd party candidates will not be considered.
