The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Performing diagnostics and repair on various heating /cooling systems. Knowledge of commercial systems is helpful.
• Equipment start ups, maintenance
• Effective verbal/written communication
• Effective customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
• Previous experience in HVAC or related field for apprentice position:
• assisting HVAC technicians and installers with HVAC installation
• helping HVAC technicians perform HVAC maintenance and repairs
• help with parts pick up or delivery
• learn from hands on experience and progress into HVAC field
• pay depends on experience, experience can be in another field Must have High School Diploma and a valid driver's license.
