Required Qualification:

​8-10 years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues. Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based). Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications. Experience implementing integration with 3 rd party tools Proficiency in

JavaScript, XML and APIs ServiceNow Expertise :

CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, 3

Certifications :
