What You'll Do:

Perform production activities such as seasonal preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, product return, and other processes including leading work areas. Use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads). Complete warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc. Various other duties as assigned.

Education:

You have your High School Diploma/GED OR are willing and able to obtain your GED within a specified time frame of hire as a condition of employment.

You can work independently, multitask, and maintain an organized workplace. You have at least one year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture or warehousing. Chilly warehouse? No problem! You love to get out there and work hard in different environments! You are also willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. You are willing and able to work shiftwork and overtime hours including occasional weekend work which may be required during seasonal peaks (January•April and September•November) to support production goals.

What Makes You Stand Out:

This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
