The Sales & Leasing Consultant is directlyresponsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles whileadhering to our customer satisfaction standards. This personassists in maintaining an orderly lot with accurateprices/merchandising. They work to develop relationships withcustomers in and around the community, and in cultivating apositive culture and work environment that aligns with theorganization's mission and values.

What will you be responsiblefor? Greets all customers promptly in a courteous manner. Leads customers through the entire sales process. Determines each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions,actively listening, and sharing our concept statement. Demonstrates vehicles (including test drives). Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customerunderstands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, andpaperwork, and laying the foundation for customer loyalty. Uses company CRM tool effectivity and consistently to track allcustomer interactions. Follows up with customers after their purchase. Stays up to date on all factory training andcertifications. Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat andreferral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Actively prospects new and former customers in all areas ofNorthern Colorado. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., andtheir benefits to customers. Understands the terminology of the automobile business andkeeps abreast of technological changes in the productDo you havethe necessary education and experience? High school degree or equivalent, associates or bachelor's inbusiness or related field preferred. 3 plus years' previous automotive sales experiencepreferred.

Commission, Exempt:
