The Employer Account Management Division (EAMD) oversees and manages the day-to-day retirement operations of membership, payroll, and compensation review. We are committed to providing advanced service and help to our business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), Member Elections Team (MET), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) performs consultative and analytical staff services assignments, reviews and completes member elections for reciprocity, optional CalPERS membership, state second tier elections, verification of deposits, and service verifications.
