Job Description

ManpowerGroup Production Technician in Indianapolis , Indiana Our client is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the sanitation team supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of GMP areas, including production rooms, laboratories, and storage areas, following established protocols. Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure all surfaces are disinfected and free from contamination. Restock and maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas. Maintain accurate records of cleaning and sanitization activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to GMP and sanitation. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning procedures or GMP is a plus. Previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is preferred. Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. What's in it for me?
