Job Description
National Resource Group Assistant 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Cleveland, OH 44114 • Hybrid work Thompson Hine LLP, an Am Law 200 firm regularly recognized for our commitment to Innovation and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Assistant in our Cleveland, Ohio office. This Assistant will provide support in our National Resource Group (NRG). The NRG Assistant will work closely with the full NRG team to help provide support to attorneys and administrative personnel throughout all Thompson Hine offices. Responsibilities include assisting team members with document editing and formatting, time entry, expense reporting, business intake data entry, travel arrangements, and working closely with other staff and departments as necessary. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships while working in a close team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Overtime and schedule adjustments may be needed occasionally to accommodate workflow.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative or secretarial position is required. Experience working in a team environment providing customer service and/or experience in a professional services industry (i.e., law firms, accounting firms, banking, insurance, etc.) is a plus. Advanced software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Outlook. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
