Agent Experience Coordinator 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 434 West 47th Street, Kansas City, MO 64112 Reece Nichols Real Estate is looking for a problem solving, coachable, creative, and training driven individual for our Agent Experience Coordinator role in Kansas City, MO. This position will assist our real estate agents in training systems and tools such as Dotloop, MLS Systems, CRM databases, and marketing. This position is full time, 40 hours a week Monday through Friday onsite. Job Duties and Responsibilities Common job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. Refer to your manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations. Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases; and create farming database for sales associates. Maintain internet by updating company website and sales associate's personal websites/pages. May perform data input, maintain and monitor data files, create files and documents and produce reports. Provide administrative and clerical support to management and sales associates which may include: assisting sales associates with sending and receiving company e-mails, providing computer assistance, handling written correspondence, ensuring forms are stocked, answer phones, greet visitors, route mail, prepare schedules and maintain accurate billing records. May assist agents with setting marketing plans and organizing and facilitating agent training activities. Assist new agents in setting up their office, getting into MLS, training on computers and office equipment. May assist with license transfer or annual license renewal. Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces; Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Brokers Price Opinion (BPO). May create letters to clients, presentation materials, sales associate introduction cards, and prepare buyers and sellers guides. May serve as back-up to other office staff. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Performance Expectations Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management. Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners. Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development. Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Qualifications Education:
Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience:
One to three years clerical or administrative experience. Training background is a plus. Marketing and graphic design background helpful.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.
Strong computer/technology skills:
proficient in Microsoft Office products. Must possess strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; accuracy/quality; detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability. This position pays a competitive base compensation of $20-24.00 an hour.
