Description of Duties:

The Collaboration Systems Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

The candidate will:

• Support the operation and maintenance of multiple Exchange environments, as well as multiple cloud-based Department of Defense environments for the MDA.
• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance activities as well as assisting in the determination of future needs and direction for collaboration services.
• Have strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of Exchange, Teams, Office 365 and associated collaboration tools.
• Will be required to interface with customers and peers in other service areas to resolve issues and meet mission requirements.
• Responsible for supporting Change, Incident and Problem Management.

Primary duty hours are 0800-1600 M-F with periodic weekend work to support system patching. Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 10 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 8 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 6 years of general experience; Master's degree and 4 years of general experience

• Must have 6 years of direct related experience
• Must have strong experience of configuring, operating and maintaining Microsoft services.
• Must have experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Must have a sound understanding of Windows, Exchange, Lync, TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
• Must possess a qualifying DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (e.g. enrolled in Continuing Education (CE) with a Security+ certification.)
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance This position is expected to pay $89,500 - $114,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
