In addition to these core duties, the specialist provides support across other areas of Human Resources to ensure the department successfully fulfills its mission statement. The role reports directly to the site Human Resources Manager and may occasionally supervise the Human Resources Assistant or Clerk, depending on the needs of the department. The Human Resources Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the overall success of the organization.

To be considered you should:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree or some college education preferred. Must be knowledgeable regarding basic employment law and Human resources policies and practices.
