Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of IT Support experience in an enterprise network environment supporting over 25 users and a CompTIA A+ & Network+ certification. Responsibilities and Duties Provide IT support for organization Document support calls in trouble ticket system Close trouble tickets without escalating trouble ticket (20+ tickets a day) Maintain high levels of customer service at all times while communicating with other employees Record list of completed update Support additional departments with hardware and software issue

Requirements:

2+ years of help desk/desktop support experience in an Enterprise network environment. AA/AS or BA/BS preferred from an accredited college CompTIA A+ or Network+ or Security+ or related certificate preferred HS Diploma or GED required
