5/2 Rotation (5 days on 2 days off)Hours:
10 to 12-hour days (Rotational Weekend Call Outs Required)Pay:
For this role depends on experience within the range $25-$30/hr As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience while working under the guidance of a licensed journeyman electrician. This role combines on-site training with classroom instruction to develop your skills in identifying and resolving electrical issues in both residential and commercial settings. Early responsibilities will focus on basic site preparation and maintenance, gradually transitioning into more technical tasks as your expertise grows. Depending on your location, registration or licensure may be required to begin your apprenticeship. Requirements Typical Responsibilities Support licensed electricians by carrying out assigned tasks Help set up and maintain clean, safe job sites Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems Operate hand tools and measuring instruments for conduit installation Adhere to safety standards and local building codes Learn trenching techniques and basic excavation skills Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures Become familiar with common electrical parts and systems Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Enrollment or completion of a formal electrician training program is a plus Basic understanding of electrical testing equipment Willingness to learn the National Electrical Code (NEC) Motivated to develop blueprint reading and electrical schematic interpretation Benefits A Company Truck, Company Fuel Card, Computer, and Cell Phone as well as Excellent Medical Benefits, 401K, free life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, dental and eye care, Earned Vacation, Holiday Pay, in addition to 3 sets of FRCs.Other Job Posting Details
