Klein Enterprise Group is seeking subcontractors and in-house salary positions in the Telecommunication Field Technicians. We are looking for people who have a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base in hospitality telecommunication products. No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in the field all over the country.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION

We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers.

Qualifications :

• Have a driver's license.
• Be able and willing to travel often.
• Have a High School Diploma and experience in our field of work is a plus.
• Looking for experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, RF, Networking and/or Computer Troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with internal & external customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team setting.
• Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working in crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
