We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Analyst to bolster our Payroll capabilities. The ideal candidate will have have experience processing multi state payroll and maintaining a

UKG HRIS.

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, compliance with state and federal payroll laws, and the effective management of employee data. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for multiple states accurately and on time Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll laws Maintain and update the HRIS database with employee information Assist in the administration of salary and payroll records Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data as needed Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations Support payroll tax filings and audits when required Qualifications High School diploma/GED required (B.S. highly preferred) Payroll processing and HRIS management (with UKG/Kronos) Multi-state payroll and relevant laws Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and filings Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Benefits PTO 401(k) with employer match 8 company holidays Medical/Dental/Vision Bi annual company paid trainings Health and wellness programs For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
