Riverside, CA Reports to: Production Manager- Pay $24.50
- $35.50 + $1.00 Shift Differential D.O.E
- Schedule Monday
- Sunday 10:30pm
- 7:00am rotating schedule.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Start-up, shutdown, monitor and troubleshoot production jobs according to set procedures.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assures part quality, cycle yields, and efficiencies are to standard and arc monitored. Assures Quality Assurance Manufacturing Plan guidelines are set, followed and maintained. Set molds, troubleshoot and assure proper mold maintenance is followed. Completes documentation such as reports, forms, checklists, NMR's and CAR'S. Assists in training of production personnel. Maintains good housekeeping procedures in assigned areas. Performs supervisory duties if necessary.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years' experience in injection molding. Possesses the technical knowledge necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities of job. Basic computer skills, and knowledge of production monitoring and MRP systems. Ability to resolve complex problems and manage multiple tasks furnished in written and oral form Knowledge of injection molding presses, injection molds, thermoplastics, and support equipment. Basic understanding of SPC's andSQC'S. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must meet the physical demands needed to perform the duties of the written procedures. Moving heavy molds and auxiliary equipment (>55 lbs.). The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.WORK ENVIRONMENT
