You will be responsible for helping customers by providing technical support and service information and resolving customer issues regarding questions about their contract. Our Inbound Technical Support specialists work in multiple systems throughout the day, with several types of software (ticketing systems a plus), particularly Zendesk. Compensation Compensation starts at $20 per hour with ROBUST benefits Training Training starts on 2/24 and must be able to start on that date this is a firm start date, no exceptions. We are hiring 15 Technical Support Specialists (this is a firm start date) We are looking for excellent performance and attendance The schedule is Monday-Friday for the first 4 weeks hours are 8:30am-4:30pm and is 100% onsite, after 4 weeks of training you will go be on the phones and you will be onsite for 3 months and then you will go HYBRID which is 3 days from home and 2 days in office. After Training The schedules are 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm. These are not optional and you MUST be open to working all the listed schedules. Looking for detailed Customer Service applicants who have provided Customer Support or potentially have come from technical, financial, legal, banking or insurance arena. We are growing and looking to hire 15 Technical Support specialists to start on 2/24. This is full time Customer Service Representative role that starts at $20 per hour with full benefits. Training hours are 8:30am-4:30pm for the first 4 weeks and after training you will move to one of the following Monday-Friday schedules listed below and must be available for all 5 shifts as you will be picked for one of the five at random. After 4 weeks of training you will take an assessment. The schedules are 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm. These are not optional and you must be open to working all the listed schedules. This is a Hybrid role and after 3 months of training onsite at our downtown office you will move to hybrid once assessed, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Eligibility for hybrid schedule is based on performance, attendance and access to high speed internet and quiet space to work at home - this is evaluated monthly.

College Experience In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least some college with 5 years of Customer Service or 2 Years of Customer Service and a Bachelors Degree Compensation Compensation starts at $20 per hour with full benefits Training Training starts on February 24th and must be open to both start dates and we are hiring 15 Customer Service Reps Monday-Friday for the first 4 weeks hours are 8:30am-4:30pm After Training The schedules are 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm.
