This role involves developing an understanding tools, resources and activities, involved in supporting and guiding our partners. The Associate also handles sales pipeline management, helping to identify cross-selling opportunities, managing partner requests through ConnectWise, and driving partner attendance to events while effectively communicating product benefits. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administrative roles and familiarity with CRM software being advantageous. Why Entech? Essential Roles and Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management Sales and Opportunity Pipeline Coordination Client IT Planning and Reporting Engagement and Campaign Management Administrative Support and Efficiency Additional Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks related to client retention and partner relationships. Develop a broad understanding of business-related technology needs. Collaborate with Deal Desk, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to keep Opportunities moving through the process. Organize and participate in partner engagement activities to build relationships. Create annual client IT Roadmaps and Budgets. Help identify Cross-sell and up-sell services and solutions to existing accounts. Handling routine communication with clients, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up on client requests. Preparing, updating, and managing partner files, contracts, and reports. Maintaining and updating various systems, ensuring that all partner information is accurate and up to date. Assisting Partner Success Managers with day-to-day tasks, such as preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings. Managing the follow-up process of, renewals, and other partner transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Coordinating meetings, calls, and other appointments between Partner Success Managers and partners, as well as managing calendars. Assisting in the addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by partners, often acting as a liaison between the partner and various departments, through ConnectWise tickets. Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry to support the overall efficiency of the Partner Success team. Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities. Ensure timely responses to partner inquiries and meet their expectations. Drive partner response to

Education High School Diploma or GED required Experience Over 3+ years of customer service experience required.
