POSITION SUMMARY
Identify, engage, and hire top talent, and similar human resources tasks. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Stay ahead of industry trends to refine and improve our hiring strategies. Must be motivated and able to work independently. Essential Functions Statements Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Facilitate interview process, selection of candidates by reviewing applicants in develop, and maintain job descriptions and postings across relevant platforms Manage the Application Tracking System and other recruiting sources. Reports weekly recruiting matrix. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies. Operate company vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
At least three years managing full cycle recruitment and hiring process preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus, strong sourcing skills. Excellent communication, a proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate degree (two-year college) or work equivalent, field of study: business. SHRM-CP-PHR, or similar certifications (preferred, not required)
