• Hybrid work Accounting Clerk Hybrid Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego and Sacramento, needs an accounting clerk to work on a large project for one of its cases.

In this position, you will handle: Data manipulation: Can the accounting clerk candidate effectively clean, transform, and combine data from various sources using advanced formulas and functions?

PivotTables:

Can the accounting clerk create and manipulate PivotTables to analyze large datasets quickly and extract key insights?

Power Query:

Does the accounting clerk have experience using Power Query to import, transform, and load data from different sources?

• Advanced formulas: Can the accounting clerk utilize complex formulas like nested functions, array formulas, and lookups (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) to perform intricate data calculations?
• Conditional formatting: Are they comfortable applying conditional formatting rules to visually highlight specific data points based on criteria?
• Data validation: Can the accounting clerk set up data validation rules to ensure data integrity and prevent errors in a spreadsheet?
• Data visualization: Can they create informative and visually appealing charts and graphs to effectively communicate data trends?

Power Pivot:

Do they have experience using Power Pivot to analyze large datasets with relational data from different sources? If the answer is yes to all of the above, please reach out! This assignment will last six to twelve months with very nice people.
