Who You Are Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. This is a contingent position based upon contract award What You'll Do As a Operations Coordinator, you will: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Maintain Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
Facilitate Team Communication:
Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in operations or project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High School Diploma or GED:
Required as a basic educational foundation. Attention to
Detail:
Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
Decision-Making Ability:
Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Clearance :
A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
Basic Compensation:
$63,910.00 - $95,920.00 The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
