The compensation package includes a base pay of $20/hour , plus commissions, bonuses, and renewal commissions. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT / MEDICARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Coachable , with a strong willingness to learn and grow Enthusiastic , with the ability to bring energy and positivity to phone conversations Proven sales aptitude and strong work ethic Passionate about helping others and making a difference Resilient , with the ability to bounce back from challenges with a positive mindset Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and meet goals Adaptable and open to change, with a can-do attitude Proficient computer skills and comfortable using CRM tools A team player who thrives in a competitive environment Active Texas Health and Life Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one). We are open to providing support for Top Sales Producers in obtaining their license. Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their Medicare insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using computer systems. Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure compliance in all transactions. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. During peak seasons, some Saturday shifts may be required.
