Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a call center environment. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great phone voice! Ability to motivate and inspire others. Highly organized and results-oriented. Experience with CRM software is a plus.Key Result Areas:
Maintaining appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute. Preventing low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities. Mastering assigned scripts and working at an acceptable pace Maintaining Accurate database Information Minimizing the cancellation rate Maximizing lead/issue quality Maintaining or Surpassing a Quarterly Sit to Set Ratio Maximizing the AIP (All Interested Parties) Rate Ongoing Training and Management of Call Center staff to provideWorld Class Service Benefits and Perks:
