We are a small private General office located in Aliso Viejo and are open Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am - 5pm and Friday 7:45- 4pm. Hourly Wage is negotiable, depending on Experience! Some Key Characteristics Caring & positive attitude Outgoing personality with great communication skills Punctual & responsible team player Organize & ready to take initiative Willingness to learn and cross train Able to anticipate changes & respond quickly under pressure Attentive to time schedule Responsibilities Prepare patients for treatments and ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Take x-rays Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Experience with surgery and dental implants Understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Softdent Knowledge is a
