Job Description

Graphic Designer Rain Digital Marketing 152 South 9th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060 Rain Digital is a fast-growing advertising agency that delivers creative solutions across digital, print, and motion graphics for a diverse client base. We're looking for an Entry to Mid-Level Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across multiple platforms—including ads, social media, website updates, print, motion graphics, and video editing. As part of our creative team, you will work under our Design Director, collaborating on projects that push the boundaries of visual storytelling. If you're a versatile designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and branding, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Designing Engaging Ads & Social Media Graphics Create scroll-stopping visuals for paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Design compelling organic and paid social media posts tailored for different platforms. Maintain brand consistency across all assets while pushing creative boundaries. Website & Digital Updates Update website graphics, banners, and layouts as needed. Assist in prototyping website designs using Figma or Adobe XD. Work closely with developers to ensure design-to-code accuracy. Print & Large Format Design Design banners, signage, and marketing collateral for events and trade shows. Develop print-ready assets for flyers, brochures, and posters. Ensure files meet print production standards. Simple Motion Graphics & Video Editing Create basic animations for ads, social posts, and website content. Edit short-form videos for digital campaigns (e.g., reels, stories, YouTube clips). Work with stock footage, transitions, and typography to enhance storytelling. Collaborating & Innovating Work with the Rain team and a diverse range of clients to bring ideas to life. Take creative direction and feedback from the Design Director to refine and elevate designs. Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices.
    What We're Looking For:
    • 1-3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
    • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (GIFs, simple animations, text overlays).
    • Understanding of digital & print design principles (typography, layout, color theory).
    • Attention to detail & strong organizational skills (handling multiple projects at once).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Portfolio required showcasing a mix of digital, print, and motion design work.
