What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and ensure the effectiveimplementation of Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and productiveenvironment for a federal client's operations. As a crucial member of ourteam, the Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in guiding teams throughAgile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning,sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaborationand continuous improvement.

Work with
Cross-Functional Teams:
Facilitate collaboration and communicationbetween development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment onproject goals and seamless integration of deliverables.
Remove Impediments:
Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder theteam's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Coach and Mentor:
Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile bestpractices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with
Stakeholders:
Work closely with product owners,development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on projectgoals and deliverables.
Monitor Progress:
Track and report on team performance metrics, ensuringtransparency and accountability.
Promote Agile Principles:
Advocate for Agile values and principles withinthe organization, driving adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies.
Continuous Improvement:
Encourage and facilitate process improvements toenhance team efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
Active Secret clearance is required. Due to agency and contractrequirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship.

This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates mustbe willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation ina rotational on-call schedule. 12+ years of experience or related experiencesupporting IT programs as a Scrum Master is desired.
Telework:
Candidatesmust reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite atthe customer's discretion. This includes being on-site during the transitionperiod.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Most recent experience should demonstrate primary responsibilities supportingIT programs as a Scrum Master.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$85,000. Thispresented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offeredsalary is based on education, experience, geographic location, andpossibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. •Salary couldfall outside of this range.
