No exceptions can be made to these requirements. 5 years licensed in Real Estate 6 (SIX) or more Real Estate SALES transactions within the last 12 months . You will need to provide the sold MLS detail sheet or the final Closing Disclosure. OR 2 years licensed in Real Estate 10 or more SALES transactions within the last 12 months. You will need to provide the sold MLS detail sheet or the final Closing Disclosure. AND Complete a Background Check
