Job Description

Recruiter TRW Resources National City, CA 91950 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trade Recruiter with a focus on placing highly skilled marine/maritime tradespeople. Ideal candidates for this role will possess previous experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, preferably in the marine, construction, or other skilled trades or blue-collar sectors of the staffing industry . Candidates coming from other high-volume recruiting environments will also be considered. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing firm setting. Marine/Trade Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Engages with customers by phone, email, and/or in-person daily. Fields customer questions and responds promptly to ensure strong client relations are in tact. Plans and executes strong recruiting strategies based on client-specific hiring needs. Manages job board postings, social media recruiting, and other candidate sourcing platforms. Screens resumes, schedules and conducts candidate interviews, and presents qualified candidates to internal team and client hiring managers. Handles the new hire and onboarding process for placed tradespeople. Collaborates with the hiring manager and or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and pertinent details. Provides ongoing communication and support to field associates to maintain high levels of field associate satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED Previous experience in a Staffing/Recruiting role or within the construction or blue-collar industry Key Attributes for
