As a •Chemical Operations Specialist•, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing processes, maintaining and operating chemical equipment to meet our high standards.
Your Daily Impact:
Expertly operate machinery, troubleshoot issues independently, and handle machine adjustments with finesse. Champion safety by performing daily checks and mitigating hazards. Lead quality assurance initiatives, ensuring all documentation meets customer expectations. Drive maintenance activities and collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless plant operations. Cultivate improvement through continuous excellence programs. Guide your peers as an active On the Job Trainer, fostering a collaborative environment. Manage inventory with precision and participate in forklift operations as needed. Ensure efficient processing and handling of materials in compliance with safety standards. Conduct equipment audits and verify process flow integrity.
Skills & Expertise:
Bilingual proficiency with strong English communication skills. Experienced with inventory transactions and computer systems.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of four years in manufacturing, including Trivium Operator Technician experience preferred. Proficiency in mechanical operations, backed by standardized mechanical evaluation results.
