What You'll Be Doing:

Independently set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to precise specifications Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T Use micrometers, calipers, depth/height gauges, and optical comparators for inspection Troubleshoot issues and minimize scrap/rework Collaborate with engineering to improve machining processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S standards Cross-train on additional machining equipment as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 4-5 years of experience operating and setting up CNC lathes Experience with both manual and CNC equipment Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to machine to tight tolerances Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and ISO standards is a plus Solid math and trigonometry skills Experience managing tooling, inserts, and fixtures This is a great opportunity for someone who's looking to grow with a company that values precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.
