The Talent Sourcer position will be a trusted ambassador representing CareVet and supporting our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will lead the search for Veterinarian doctors throughout the United States to join our hospitals. This includes but is not limited to developing relationships with Universities, existing doctors and staff and other potential social media forums and recruiting tools for identifying talent. This position is responsible for building a pipeline of top veterinarian talent to join our network of hospitals. This position can be remote.Responsibilities:
Proactively sources Veterinarian talent. Work closely with the recruiting team to search for talent throughout the country. Be the first point of contact to potential candidates by sourcing, engaging and screening potential candidates. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role requirements. Sources candidates through databases, social media, and other platforms. Establishes relationships with veterinary schools and other industry associations. Seeks innovative new sourcing strategies. Builds and promotes a reputation for the company as a top place to work.Qualifications:
3+ years of talent sourcing experience Skilled in social platforms, recruiting software and other recruitment management tools. Proven experience in sourcing talent, particularly in the health field or doctor talent field desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Strong talent sourcing skills (Boolean, social media, LinkedIn, job board, etc.) A team player and enjoys working in a collaborative environment Strong organizational skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsOther Job Posting Details
