Robert Half HR Recruiter in Appleton , Wisconsin Description We are in the search for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in the Food & Food Processing industry. As an HR Recruiter, you will be tasked with handling recruitment processes, utilizing various platforms for sourcing candidates, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the recruitment process. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for production roles
• Utilize platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, CareerBuilder, and Indeed for candidate sourcing
• Conduct preliminary interviews and background checks for potential candidates
• Maintain and update the Applicant Track System with candidate information
• Utilize CRM for efficient communication throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates
• Maintain a hybrid work schedule, accommodating remote work for two days Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in high volume recruitment, specifically within the Food & Food Processing industry
• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
• Familiar with CareerBuilder and Indeed for sourcing candidates
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in using ATS for managing recruitment processes
• Ability to conduct background checks and preliminary interviews
• Knowledge of benefit functions within the HR realm
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in conducting preliminary interviews and effectively screening candidates.
