Our ideal candidate is someone who sees challenges as adventurous opportunities and learning experiences.', '\nThe HR Associate's tasks include, but are not limited to:', 'Employee Support, Engagement, and Communications', 'Field employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll', 'Support, promote, and innovate INTERA's culture and engagement initiatives', 'Communicate information, data, and policies to a wide variety of internal and external audiences', 'Maintain INTERA's intranet to be a functional centralized hub of information, news, and administrative tasks, and create content', 'Recruitment and Onboarding', 'Assist the HR Generalist and VP of HR in the full-cycle recruitment process from talent searching, posting job openings, checking references, and coordinating new hire onboarding', 'Social media and intranet content creation to welcome new hires, attract talent, and advertise job openings', 'Data Entry, Data Analysis, and Database Management', 'Manage employee, benefits, and financial information in relevant databases and systems', 'Process employee, benefits, and financial information changes across multiple databases and systems', 'Run reports and/or collect and analyze data to support INTERA's various corporate and technical departments in addition to Human Resources', 'Compliance and Operations', 'Routinely review and stay current on HR regulations, news, and best practices', 'Assist the HR Generalist and VP of HR with INTERA's compliance to federal, state, and local laws and regulations', 'Handle requests for employee verifications over the phone and in writing', 'Maintain employee personnel files and other confidential or financial employee documents', 'Collaborate closely with INTERA's Marketing, Health & Safety, and Accounting departments', 'Other corporate, administrative, or facilities tasks as needed', 'Required Qualifications', 'Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma in combination with 2+ years of experience in corporate, administrative, and/or Human Resources functions', 'Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive', 'Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers', 'Strong verbal and written communication skills', 'Detail orientation, exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to think both critically and creatively while managing multiple tasks', 'Preferred Qualifications', 'Working knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and compliance', 'Previous experience, or working proficiency, with DocuSign', 'Previous experience, or working proficiency, with WordPress', 'Previous experience, or working proficiency, with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Power Automate', 'About INTERA & Our Benefits', 'INTERA is a Top Workplaces
