Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Most leads will be provided for you. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products and coverage options. Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and benefits. Customize insurance plans to fit clients' specific requirements and budget. Process policy applications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renew policies, and cross sell additional products. Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and product changes.
