Required Skills:

3-5 years as a Workday Extend Developer. Hands-on Workday Extend experience. Workday Extend Certification (Highly Preferred). Expertise with other ERP systems is a plus, but Workday Extend experience is required. Software Development background is a plus, but not required. Experience working in an Agile environment.

HR Total Rewards Tech initiative: Building a Compensation Application (Incentive Management System) using Workday Extend. Developing functionality within Workday to manage and calculate incentives for associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the Incentive Management System using Workday Extend. Integrate internal data within Workday to improve system functionality. Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver solutions. Work on API development to integrate Workday with other systems.

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
