The Quality Inspector's authority is delegated by the Site Quality Leader and allows for the complete execution of their responsibilities and duties.RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Inspector II is responsible for: Adhere to the Company Safety Policy and ensure safe operation in Quality Control (Production Floor), Quality Assurance (Lab), and Quality Engineering and related areas. Input all inspection data into ERP, Excel, and other databases. Ensure all tasks are performed on time and with the required efficiency and speed. Actively communicate with various stakeholders within the company to resolve quality and production issues. Aim to promote and sustain a high level of productivity and safety utilizing the 6S methodologies (5s and safety) system throughout the organization.STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
The following criteria are used to evaluate theQuality Inspector II:
Achieve applicable performance goals and objectives as assigned by supervisor and manager. Provide timely, professional, and accurate service to internal customers. Demonstrate effective management of time. Be on time to work, lunch, and break. Demonstrate practical communication skills. Work in a controlled ISO cleanroom environment following protocol. Proficient in reading and interpreting Customer Specifications, WBIs, Production Drawings, andBOM. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
These are the minimum and preferred qualifications: Three or more years of related experience as a Quality, Process, and Manufacturing Operator. Education/certification in a related field will be considered in lieu of working experience. Three or more years with direct experience in metrology, GD&T, and print reading is a plus. High School Diploma. Expertise in the related field will be considered in lieu of a degree. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (EX:
