• . As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, and maintaining piping systems for various construction projects, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install pipe systems, pipe supports, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required specifications. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the layout and installation procedures for pipe systems. Install and maintain pipe systems for heating, cooling, and industrial purposes. Inspect work sites, measure, and mark pipes for cutting and threading. Test pipe systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other equipment. Collaborate with other team members, such as welders and project managers, to complete tasks on time. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

• Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter in the construction or industrial sector.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with pipe materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC) and installation techniques. Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and OSHA regulations. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; pipefitter certification is a plus. Valid driver's license.

Pay:

$20-$30 based upon experience, per diem offered to travelers
