At Regions, the Commercial Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) II is a senior RTA that will manage the district's Commercial Relationship Team Administrators and Commercial Relationship Specialists. This position will also provide high-level sales support to the Commercial Banking teams to ensure customers receive excellent service. Primary Responsibilities Leads, supports, and coaches Commercial Relationship Specialists and Commercial Relationship Team Administrators (RTAs) Proactively leads and provides guidance and analytical support for process enhancements and workflow improvements within the district or department supported Manages a team of RTAs and relationship specialists, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals promotions, and terminations May manage overall loan maturity process for team and ensures CRS/RM teams are proactive with processing renewals Oversees loan pipeline in para lending stages and act as liaison for team when working with Credit Products Para lending departments Leads the Relationship Team as the primary resource for OneView system information, usage, and training Oversees or submits Officer Code Changes when needed on behalf of team, portfolio transfers, etc. Collaborates with Management and Relationship Managers to understand needs of the client and identify ways to improve servicing Manages complaint database on behalf of team including working directly with clients for resolution on escalated issues Coordinates weekly team meeting(s) with Commercial Banking Leaders Assists team with resolving complex or escalated issues Facilitates new associate onboarding for new Commercial Banking team members Compiles and distributes management reporting such as, Area 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, OneView Pipeline, Ticklers, Maturities, Past Due, and Exception Reports Ensures team compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and internal audits Leads department on various projects or initiatives to ensure timely completion Approves and manages department expenses such as office supplies and accounts payable requests Supports Commercial Banking Leaders as needed with other administrative duties such as travel, expenses, additional ad hoc reporting, org chart updates and other tasks as assigned Serves as an expert within their area of expertise and acts as the primary contact regarding operational questions, issues, or concerns Provides leadership and informal coaching This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Seven (7) years of experience in Commercial Banking Preferences Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field Skills and Competencies Ability to supervise and manage a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrated leadership capabilities Excellent customer service skills Strong relationship-building capabilities Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
