Talent Manager -
New York, NYDUTIES:
  • Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, administer recruitment and hiring process for Calzedonia's HQ and salesforce for the company's three (3) brands (Intimissimi, Calzedonia & Falconeri) for stores across the U.S.
  • Manage recruitment strategies in accordance with Company policies and standards, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning.
  • Facilitate quarterly recruiting budget meetings with VPs.
  • Lead key recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews.
  • Source, recruit, and develop social engagement or talent pools.
  • Work closely with Italian VPs and Directors to assess requirements and draft job descriptions.
  • Share feedback and conduct interviews and meetings with Italian management in Italian to identify and assess candidates and extend offers.
  • Manage recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates using Applicant Tracking System, Indeed Recruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Oversee weekly audits, including opening/closing jobs, running fluctuation reports for upper management, and analyzing recruitment budget allocation.
  • Manage resume screening, importing qualified applicants to Applicant Tracking System for submission to the Hiring Manager, and creating credentials for District Managers.
  • Extend offers, conduct negotiations with managers, and ensure that all new hire details are propagated to HR administration team and training departments.
  • Maintain relationships with career centers, universities, government agencies, and mall management to facilitate employment opportunities.
  • Provide macro-level recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of retail management. Experience must include 4 years of experience with implementing store personnel requirements and hiring criteria.1 year of experience with:
  • Facilitating recruitment and hiring processes for multiple fashion retail stores.
  • Assisting with job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning for fashion retail stores.
  • Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates using Applicant Tracking System, Indeed Recruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Importing qualified applicants, performing weekly audits and hiring reports, running fluctuation reports, and analyzing recruitment budget allocation using Applicant Tracking System.
  • Providing recruitment guidance to fashion industry HR professionals.
Language requirement: Ability to speak, read, and write in Italian.5% domestic travel required.
Remote work:
Twice-weekly remote work permitted per company policy. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

$82,468- $85,000/year
