Trust Position Summary:
The Human Resources Representative isresponsible for providing administrative and human resource support tothree manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota ensuringeffective recruiting and onboarding for hourly employees and providingHR administrative support. This position will support 2 locations in theMinneapolis area and 1 in Wisconsin.
Dimensions:
Packaging Corporationof America (PCA) is the fourth largest manufacturer of containerboardand corrugated packaging in the United States. The Human ResourcesRepresentative provides full employment cycle support to multiple plantswith a population of 300 to 500-plus hourly and salaried employees.

Employees at plants may be participants of a union(s). Responsible forhiring process and orientation of salaried employees and the day-to-dayadministration of maintaining employee records for both hourly andsalaried and ensuring adherence to Company policies and governmentrequirements with regard to the employment process. This position willsupport manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, MN, Golden Valley, MNand Marshfield, WI. This is a hybrid position expected to work from homeapproximately 50% of the time and in plant 50% of the time.
PrincipleAccountabilities:
Coordinates the administrative aspects of humanresource activities such as the new hire process, orientation,performance appraisals, personnel requisitions, job descriptions, andleaves of absence. Sources and screens candidates for hiring managersand develops and maintains relationships with community outreachprograms for purposes of the Affirmative Action Program. Plans,coordinates and implements new hire employee orientation process forhourly and salaried employees. Monitors employee turnover and implementsappropriate programs to help reduce turnover. Supports hourly employeetraining and maintains training records. Serves as the plant\'s FMLAcoordinator and a point of contact for 3rd party vendor for all leavesof absence\...
