We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Servicing Specialist to join our hard money lending team in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of loan servicing, including draw management, payment processing, and customer support, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Management:

Oversee the administration of active loans, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of loan disbursements and repayments.

Draw Management:

Coordinate and manage loan draw requests, verifying compliance with loan terms and conditions before fund disbursement.

Payment Processing:

Handle the collection and application of loan payments, ensuring accuracy and prompt updating of account records.

Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding loan servicing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all loan servicing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements; maintain organized and accurate loan files and documentation.

Delinquency Management:

Monitor loan accounts for delinquencies, initiate collection efforts, and collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate risks.

Reporting:

Prepare and analyze reports related to loan servicing metrics, portfolio performance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in loan servicing, preferably within the hard money lending sector.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with hard money loan products, draw processes, and relevant regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
