• $28.01 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM

High School Responsibilities Schedule:

Saturday + Sunday 6:45am to 7:15pm Monday+ Tuesday 6:45am to 3:15pm Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair; assist with the specification, installation and modification of integrated systems. Perform diagnostic checks on automated equipment; isolate problems including, sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, and/or servo valves. Make repairs to production equipment utilizing the following skill sets: Controls, drawings, electrical, general mechanics, hand tools, hydraulics, machine shop, piping systems, pneumatics, and welding.

• Complete shift start up paperwork such as process parameter, traceability, and start-up checklist.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
• includes all Level I required tasks as per MP. Understand machine MO, PC, WP, STM and Interim Specifications. Perform changeovers
• line clearance of components and tooling changeouts. Fill component hoppers and complete necessary traceability paperwork. Pull inspection test samples and stage for QC Operator. Engage in machine troubleshooting on all assigned stations
• bevel mold, pin & heater block changeout and bevel trim adjustments.

Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers for all Mods; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.) Process warehouse ordering of components and pull tooling for changeovers. Perform other related duties as assigned or required. The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 35lbs standing for 12 hours at one time working weekends Skills Mechanical Maintenance Inspecting Monitoring Blueprints Manufacturing (3 years of experience is required) Electrical troubleshooting Blueprint Reading Electronic Maintenance Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
