Entry-Level Help Desk Support Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Support Technician . This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with password resets, account setup, and software installations. Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in an on-demand environment. Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level IT support when necessary. Maintain and update IT knowledge base articles. Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and basic network connections. Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with Windows 11 and/or Mac operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Education & Experience:
