Insurance Sales Executive Gibson Insurance Solutions Chattanooga, TN 37402 • Hybrid work Are you a licensed insurance professional with a strong sales background looking for high commissions, flexible work, and a growing agency that supports your success? Gibson Insurance Solutions is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team and help grow our personal lines book of business in Georgia, with expanding opportunities in Tennessee and Kentucky.
What We Offer:
1099 full commission role with monthly $2,500 base draw (must be validated with sales) 100% agency commission split on new business Uncapped earning potential Hybrid remote structure - work from home with in-person support as needed A supportive agency focused on professional growth and long-term successWhat You'll Do:
Sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) to new clients Manage your pipeline and prospect for new business across GA, TN, and KY Meet a monthly premium quota of $40,000 in annualized premium Work independently while leveraging our systems, markets, and support team Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring excellent customer experiencesWhat We're Looking For:
Licensed insurance agent (P&C required) 2+ years of successful insurance sales experience Strong self-motivation and accountability to sales goals Ability to build rapport with prospects and educate them on coverage A high-integrity professional ready to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced agencyPreferred:
