Job:
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team, focusing on forging partnerships with local agencies and exploring alternative career paths within the field. In this position, you will play a key role in expanding our business by establishing and nurturing relationships within the industry. We need a dynamic recruiter with a passion for networking and the ability to creatively engage with healthcare professionals from EMS (Emergency Medical Services) programs and industry-related events. This role will be based in the Central Coast region of California and the ideal candidate will be located within 50 miles of Monterey.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Recruiter will facilitate internal career pathways between ground and air transportation units. Recruiter will foster positive relationships with local fire agencies. Collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop appropriate staffing models. Recruiter will collaborate with partners to develop effective pathways between organizations. Cultivate relationships with schools and feeder organizations to support community relations and attract applicants. Recruiter will advertise open positions through social media and marketing channels. Demonstrate strong motivation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to company policies and procedures Travel approximately 75% schools & industry related job fairs and events.
QUALIFICATIONS HS
Diploma or GED. BA in Human Resources or Equivalent work-related experience (preferred). Two years' experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices (preferred). Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector (EMS preferred). Current EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or Paramedic experience (preferred). Social media/Marketing experience (preferred). Possess a valid State Driver's License and driving record in compliance with AMR (American Medical Response) Safety & Driving policy. Why Choose AMR?
