Automotive Service Advisor Jake Sweeney Kia is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Service Advisor to join our team! We are seeking experienced applicants that are making sure every customer has a friendly and informative experience. Excellent compensation with growth potential within our multi-franchise dealer group. Service Advisor Qualifications Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations. Ability verbally and electronically communicate with customers. Consult customers with repairs needed to get their vehicles back on the road.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greeting our customers with a happy and professional demeanor. Attentively listening to the customer's list of concerns so you may be able to convey the message to the technician and a proper diagnose can be performed on the vehicle. Keep customers informed of all applicable service specials, completion times, service expenses, and if necessary recalls. Follow up on the progress of repair by contacting customers by phone or e-mail. Making sure all customer's concerns were addressed upon pick up. Knowledge of vehicle repairs. Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment.
