Personal Lines Specialist Thomas Fenner Woods Agency Columbus, OH 43215 Hybrid work Personal Lines Specialists at TFW are responsible for servicing and maintaining an existing book of business. Insurance Specialists work closely with underwriters, customers and agency producers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Along with Producers, serving as the primary point of contact with Agency's customers regarding effective risk-management strategies.
• Making requested changes to client's policies and adding additional lines of business where needed.
• Remarketing existing business by quoting several different carriers and assisting producers with new business quotes.
• Processing and filing all renewals, changes and other correspondence electronically.
• Providing thorough reviews of customers' accounts and provide advice to improve coverage.
• Keeping up to date with the different insurance carriers' guidelines and requirements for writing acceptable quality business.

Qualifications :

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferably maintains an active Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently, but is also a Team player
• Problem solving capabilities
