In support of this goal, we are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in our Seattle office. What does the Full Stack Developer do? The Full Stack Web Developer plays an integral role on the Enterprise Applications team by architecting and developing scalable technical solutions that deliver organizational value and long-term success. Specific responsibilities include designing and developing integrations/APIs to manage data across cloud-based platforms, reporting services, and other applications. You will also be working closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and subject matter experts to design and produce solutions to business problems, and more. What else should I know about this position? This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to our Director of Business Applications. This position works a hybrid schedule in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home/remotely.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert for solution architecture, configuration, and development of CorneaGen's proprietary operational applications. Development using React, NodeJS, and other frameworks within the Javascript eco-system. Design and develop integrations/APIs to manage data across cloud-based platforms, reporting services, and other applications Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and subject matter experts to design and produce solutions to business problems Develop unit testing and defect fixes to maintain quality. Design sustainable object models for back-end databases Focus on usability improvements for browser and mobile experience based on user feedback and process optimization Support release management and change control processes Optimize configuration and processes related to system maintenance Implement advanced data integrity strategies including processes to track data quality Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

To be successful as a Full Stack Web Developer at CorneaGen, the ideal candidate should have: High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in software development NodeJS, React experience required. Redux experience is a plus.

experience required Experience with MySQL required, SQL Server experience is a plus Azure/AWS environment management familiarity is a plus Serverless architecture and development experience is a plus

Able to work under pressure and time constraints. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality. What compensation and benefits do you offer? The minimum annual salary for this position is $97,000 and the maximum annual salary is $110,000. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, dependent upon company and individual performance.
